Eveleigh works as a Lecturer in Criminology at Birmingham City University. She holds a MA in Peace Studies and a PhD in International and Social Sciences. Her research focuses on the social and spatial dynamics of youth communities, with a particular focus on the intersections of music, resistance, and liminal spaces. Eveleigh employs participatory and creative methodologies in her work, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and community centred research practices. Her publications delve into topics such as recreational drug narratives, youth culture, and research methods. She is also the Co-Investigator for the People and Dancefloors Project and a former Chair of PyGyRG.
